November 10, 2016 (LINCOLN, NEB.)—The Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED) will conduct a public comment period, November 30-December 30, 2016, for the Proposed 2017 Nebraska Affordable Housing Act Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) that involves the distribution of approximately $9.15 million in Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF) resources.
Copies of the QAP can be accessed on the DED website at: http://www.opportunity.nebraska.gov/community/grants/documentslibrary-a-forms/trust-fund on or after November 30, 2016, or may be requested by contacting Pamela Otto at 800-426-6505, 402-471-4388, or email@example.com.
A public hearing for the Proposed 2017 QAP will be held on November 30, at 3:30 p.m. (CST) at the Lincoln Community Foundation Center located at 215 Centennial Mall South, 5th Floor Conference Room (directly across from elevators). DED staff is charged with drafting and administering the plan.
