November 15, 2018 (LINCOLN, NEB.)—The Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED) will conduct a public comment period, December 3, 2018 – January 2, 2019, for the Proposed 2019 Nebraska Affordable Housing Act Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) that involves the distribution of approximately $11.25 million in Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF) resources.

Copies of the QAP can be accessed on the DED website at: https://opportunity.nebraska.gov/grow-your-community/reports-plans/ on December 3, 2018, or may be requested by contacting Pamela Otto at 800-426-6505, 402-471-4388, or pamela.otto@nebraska.gov.

A public hearing for the Proposed 2019 QAP will be held on December 5, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. (CST) at the Department of Economic Development, State Office Building, 301 Centennial Mall South, Lincoln, Nebraska (Fourth Floor). DED staff will be drafting and administering the plan.
