DED Grant Training: Eliminate the use of an “Advance Payment Request”

Description: “Advance Payment Requests” are currently used, primarily in the CDBG program, in situations where the subrecipient is requesting payment from the state before paying their vendor. DED is eliminating the use of an “Advance Payment Request”. Starting April 1, 2022, you will follow ONE process to submit any payment.
