Meetings slated October 28-30 in five western Nebraska communities

OCTOBER 22, 2013 (LINCOLN, NEB.)—Come explore how the InternNE program is connecting college students with employers creating a win-win situation for all involved.

Allison Hatch with the Nebraska Department of Economic Development will share information about the financial assistance that is available to companies and organizations creating internships.

Sessions will be held as follows (all Mountain Daylight Time):

Monday, October 28

  • 10-11 am—Ogallala, Mid Plains Community College, 512 E. B St., South
  • 1-2 pm—Sidney, Points West Bank, 1-80 Branch, 420 Grover Rd.

Tuesday, October 29

  • 10-11:30 am and 1:30-3 pm—Scottsbluff, Harms Advanced Technology Center, 2620 College Park, Room B120

Wednesday, October 30

  • 10:30 am-Noon—Alliance, Perrin Manufacturing Co., 5610 Perkins Rd. (Hwy 2)
  • 3:30-4:30 pm—Chadron, City Hall, 234 Main St.
