Civic and Community Center Financing Fund (CCCFF)

Grants to municipalities in support of civic, community, and recreation centers.

Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Response (CDBG-CV)

Funding for Nebraskans in response to COVID-19.

Economic Development Certified Community (EDCC)

Communities that are economic development leaders and show a readiness for growth.

Nebraska Capital Projects Fund

Funding for the creation of multi-purpose community facilities and broadband infrastructure projects.

Community Development Assistance Act (CDAA)

Tax credits for entities that support approved community betterment projects.

Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR)

Funding for Nebraska communities recovering from disasters.

Leadership Certified Community (LCC)

Communities that demonstrate organizational and leadership abilities that promote economic development.

Nebraska Rural Projects Act

Projects to build new rail access business parks in counties of less than 100,000 people.

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

Grants to provide decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expanded economic opportunities.

Developing Youth Talent Initiative

Collaboration between Nebraska businesses and public schools. 

Local Option Municipal Economic Development Act (LB840)

Authorizes cities  to collect tax dollars for economic development purposes.

Site and Building Development Fund

Projects that help advance business innovation and strengthen workforce recruitment.
