The Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED) is now accepting applications for Phase II of the Airport Business Park Grant Program.
Application for Phase II of the Airport Business Park Grant Program is open to economic development organizations for the development of a business park located within or adjacent to one or more Qualified Census Tracts (QCTs) located within the boundaries of the City of Omaha and within two miles of a major airport.
Through this grant opportunity, the program will provide funds for site preparation of shovel-ready land for development and implementation of the Airport Business Park. All funds received by the awardee must be used to prepare shovel-ready land.
The application is now open. The last day to submit an application for the Airport Business Park Grant Program (Phase II) is Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. CT.
