The Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED) will hold a public comment period from December 5, 2023, to December 19, 2023, to accept feedback on the proposed 2024-2025 Qualified Action Plan (QAP) for the Site and Building Development Fund.
The Site and Building Development Program is authorized in the Nebraska Revised Statutes at §§81-12,144 to §§81-12,151. The Qualified Action Plan sets forth DED’s priorities and selection criteria for awarding grants, and it outlines the activities eligible for assistance under the Site and Building Development Act. The proposed 2024-2025 QAP for the Site and Building Development Fund will be available through the DED website on December 4, 2023, at the following link: https://opportunity.nebraska.gov/programs/business/sbdf/.
