The Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED) wishes to announce the publication of the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF) application guidelines and the opening of the annual NAHTF application cycle. The NAHTF is a resource to help increase the supply and improve the quality of affordable housing in Nebraska.
The NAHTF program includes two types of applications, Housing Projects and Technical Assistance Funding. Pre-applications are required and due on or before March 12, 2020. Full applications are due on or before May 13, 2020.
