The Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED) is accepting applications for the Nebraska Refugee Job Training and Placement (RJTP) grant program. The last day to submit an application is Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
Eligible applicants are Nebraska based 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations who will provide job training and placement services for refugees who were ‘disproportionately impacted’ by the COVID-19 public health emergency.
The grant will reimburse for costs incurred during the job training and placement of the qualified refugee. The Department will award up to $1,000,000 in total awards.
