Nebraska Talent Attraction Initiative
The Nebraska Talent Attraction Initiative aims to attract out-of-state talent to Nebraska. Communities and organizations can submit proposals for funding to develop innovative projects and events that promote the state’s unique offerings. The initiative’s intent is to empower communities and organizations to brainstorm new and creative strategies for out-of-state talent attraction. By sponsoring these proposals, the Nebraska Talent Attraction Initiative will help foster collaboration throughout the state and build a stronger workforce.
